Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item has to be in the same condition you received it. That means unused, not worked on, and with the original packaging and with all parts.
To start a return, you can contact us at wargaming3dpoxy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you the instructions on where to send your package. The return label will be at your own cost. After receiving the item and inspecting it you will receive your refund if there are no damages like mentioned before. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We strongly suggest to inspect your item after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we we can evaluate the issue and correct it. For a refund or exchange in this case please provide us with pictures of the damaged item and the box it came in.
We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you did not receive your order, please contact us and we will contact the shipment carrier and file a claim. We will do everything we can to help you with the claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
